Train Dirty Eat Clean - 3 day Cleanse

Based on some of my favorite foods and some online digging I did back in 2014; I decided to create this list and re-share it for you all to have. When I created this list in 2014 I did it for the sole purpose of cleaning out my digestive system while I attempted to go plant based. I was looking for a fresh start and did not want to buy any random products that might not be totally natural. Growing up Dominican culturally we use a lot of natural products most of which were homegrown to either heal sickness or provide "beauty results" that which treat the body, skin, hair and nails.

Morning Tea:

1 Teaspoon of apple cider vinegar w/ a tea cup of warm water

Breakfast Cleanse Shake (Blend):

1 Banana

½ Flaxseed

1 Cup Raspberry

1 Cup of Blueberries

1 Cup of Spinach

1 Tablespoon of coconut butter

1 Lemon sliced

8 oz. of water

Lunch Cleanse Shake (Blend):

Cleanse Shake:

3-4 Celery stalks short size

1 cucumber chopped

1 Cup of kale

½ green apples sliced

½ lime sliced

1 Tablespoon of coconut butter

1 Cup of almond milk or soy milk

1 Cup of pineapples

Dinner Cleanse Shake (Blend):


½ frozen mangos

1 Cup of strawberries or blueberries

1 ½ coconut water

1 Cup of Kale

1 Tablespoon of coconut butter

1 cut up Lemon

¼ avocado

1 Tablespoon of cayenne pepper

1 Tablespoon of flax seeds

Breakfast Cleanse Shake:
